Wild Explorers Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Wild Explorers Halloween Giveaway 2026

By entering the Wild Explorers Giveaway, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter
The giveaway is run by Birds of a Feather Play Project, Australia.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Parents and carers may enter for the chance to win a Wild Explorers Pass for a young explorer. The prize can only be delivered to an Australian postal address.

3. Giveaway Period
Entries open on 31 October 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 7 November 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

4. How to Enter
To enter, complete and submit the Wild Explorers Giveaway entry form during the giveaway period.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Limit of one entry per person.

Signing up to receive Wild Explorers news, adventures and special offers is optional and is not a condition of entry.

5. Prize
One winner will receive a 3-Month Wild Explorers Pass, consisting of three Wild Explorers editions delivered to an Australian postal address.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection
One eligible entry will be selected at random after the giveaway closes.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry.

The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize and provide the information required for delivery. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within that time, another eligible winner may be selected at random.

8. Personal Information
Information provided when entering will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner.

Entrants who separately choose to receive Wild Explorers news, adventures and special offers may also receive marketing communications and can unsubscribe at any time.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Birds of a Feather Play Project Privacy Policy.

9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries that are incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the giveaway from proceeding as planned, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian consumer law.
